1st February 2012, Transparency International-Malaysia telah menganjurkan Kempen Kesedaran Awan mengenai Pemuliharaan Hutan di Malaysia bersempena dengan pelancaran Projek Forest Watch  telah diadakan di Orange Concourse, Sunway Pyramid Shopping Center. Program ini telah mendapat sokongan daripada Institut Rimbawan Malaysia (IRIM), Suruhanjaya Pencegah Rasuah Malaysia (MACC), FDPM, Citrine One dan Nestle.

21st International Children’s Painting Competition
The International Children’s Painting Competition on the Environment is organized every year by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), the Japan-based Foundation for Global Peace and Environment
(FGPE), Bayer and Nikon Corporation. It has been held since 1991 and has received more than 3 million entries from children in over 150 countries. The theme of the 21st painting competition will be “Green Communities”and children will have until 15 February2012 to submit their entries. The organizers are inviting children all over the world to submit their paintings to the UNEP office in their regions.

Asian Wetland School 1 Network Enchange Program Sandakan

On the 15th of March 2011, 109 children and youth from the age of 10 to 18 years old gathered in Sandakan, Sabah for the Asian Wetlands School Network Exchange Program. A total of six countries participated which were Japan, China, Bangladesh, Korea, Thailand and Malaysia. The aim of this conference was to establish a Wetland School Network Coordination Committee to make sure to sustainability of the network among wetlands school in the five countries. I was lucky to be apart of this program as a Junior Board.
